Massage Cushion with Heat

In our opinion, there’s nothing better than an invigorating shiatsu back massage to melt away the tension. And while spa and massage treatments are fun, there’s nothing like being able to unwind and relax in your own home. With a neck and shoulder mechanism, multi-directional massage nodes, optional heat, seat vibration, and a programmed remote, you can have a personal masseuse at the push of a button.

Getting Started

The massage cushion comes with a screw located on the back of the unit to protect the massage mechanism during shipment, which must be removed before the first use to allow the massage feature to function. Use the provided Allen wrench. Then, properly dispose of the screw

Warning: Failure to remove screw may cause permanent damage to the massage cushion

Insert adapter jack into the plug on the right-hand side of the cushion

Plug into an AC 120-volt outlet

Attach the cushion to most chairs for a luxurious massage as you read, rest, or even work

Strapping system

The massage cushion incorporates a unique strapping system that allows you to fasten it to almost any chair. Just slip the straps over the seat or chair and adjust fastening straps to secure. Your massager won’t slip or slide away

Neck and shoulder massage

There are 2 neck and shoulder massage modes: manual massage (left button) and auto reverse (right button). Press the manual massage button to begin the massage in an outward motion, then press the button again to change the direction to inward. Press the auto reverse button and your massage will automatically change direction every 15-30 seconds.

Full back

When the full back massage zone is selected, the massage mechanism will travel up and down the entire back

Upper back

When the upper back massage zone is selected, the massage mechanism will focus on the upper back area

Spot massage

While the massage function is activated, press the SPOT button to stop and focus the massage action in one place. Once the unit is operating in spot massage, you may adjust the mechanism position by holding down either arrow button until the desired position is reached. The up arrow will move the mechanism upward, and the down arrow will move it down. Once you release the button, the mechanism will stop in place

Heat button

This massager has soothing heat in the back massage nodes. To enjoy soothing heat, press the HEAT button and the corresponding red LED will illuminate. To deselect, press the button again and the corresponding LED will turn off. Soothing heat in the back can only be activated when the shiatsu massage is on

Power button

To turn on the massage functions, first press the power button. The LED indicator will illuminate and confirm your selection. To turn off the massage functions, press the button again. The LED indicator will blink while the massage mechanism returns to its lowest point and then turn off

Lower back

When the lower back massage zone is selected, the massage mechanism will focus on the lower back

Programs

Press one of the program buttons to enjoy one of three custom massage programs that utilize the features of the cushion in a unique sequence. Choose from WIND DOWN, RECHARGE, or ACTIVATE

Seat vibration

Press the vibration button to enjoy vibration massage in the seat cushion. There are 3 vibration intensity levels. Press once for low, press a second time for medium, and press a third time for high. To deselect, press the button a fourth time and the vibration will turn off

Cleaning & Care

To Clean:
  • Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a soft, slightly damp sponge. Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the unit
  • Do not immerse in any liquid to clean
  • Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass/ furniture polish, or paint thinner to clean
  • Do not attempt to repair the massager. There are no user serviceable parts. For service, contact Consumer Relations at the email address listed in the Warranty section
To Store:
  • Place massager in its box or in a safe, cool, dry place
  • Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects that might cut or puncture the fabric surface
  • To avoid breakage, do not wrap the power cord around the unit

This Make Lemonade massage product comes with a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
